We will sit down with you and run the numbers on how much your house is worth, how the hot the market is, how much you need to get to repay debts and walk away with something a little more substantial than just memories.

  • Prepare to Sell

    Once you sign a listing agreement to list with us, we will work with you to prep your home to sell for the highest amount possible. That can mean staging, cleaning, tidying up and paring down, swapping fixtures, or finally completing the repairs you said you would do years ago. Whatever it is, we will discuss exactly what you need to do to make your house sing for photos and walkthroughs. We will have floor-plans, digital walk throughs, professional photos, and aerial videos taken of your home.

  • Get Away

    Get Away

    After all the rush of getting your house to market, if you are still living in your home, we suggest a vacation. Specifically, getting out of town and doing something fun while hundreds of strangers walk through your house when we host an open house. If your home is vacant, we still highly recommend a vacation!

  • Sell it!

    Sell It

    Once your house is on the market, the pressure is off you and onto us. We will market the heck out of your house & show it to as many people as possible. Your house will be featured on our Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube pages as well as having us host a virtual open house. When you get back from vacation, we will present offers to you clearly and work with you to accept whichever is best for you.
